Mindfulness Meditation is the practice we follow here at Birch Tree Yoga. It is a secular meditation practice
The focus is:
to cultivate A wareness (and return to it again and again)
Pay Attention to what is occurring in the present moment (simply observing thoughts, feelings, sensations as they arise)
Develop and maintain an Attitude that is non-judgmental, curious, and kind.
Every 4 - 6 weeks we have a meditation evening here at Birch Tree.. it an opportunity to begin a practice or to reconnect to a practice if you have fallen out of the habit.. we practice a secular mindfulness practice
These sessions cost €15 per person per night
