Yoga (meaning union between body and mind) is a discipline, a part of which, including breath control, simple meditation, and the adoption of specific bodily postures, is widely practiced for health and relaxation.

Class Considerations

When trying to pick a class have a think about which season you are looking to feel into..At the beginning of class we have a seasonal check in before setting your intention for the class.

Please bring your own mat, everything else provided

 

Spring into Summer Classes are creative and playful to start, awakening and as we move into summer warming and adventurous and athletic.. we practice a more vinyasa style of class 

 

 

Autumn classes are starting to withdraw, slow classes focused on slow movements and the breath, having an inner focus, self care, coming home and letting go....

 

Winter Classes are quiet, slow, sensitive , meditative, focused on restorative poses and stillness. This is some much needed alone time for you.
